Upfire sends transactional Account Notifications by SMS. These texts are about your account and onboarding. They are not marketing.
SMS is Upfire’s primary way we contact you. We collect the mobile number you submit for that purpose. Consent is required. The consent checkbox is never pre-checked.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. HELP confirms this is Upfire Account Notifications and how to opt out. You can switch to email later in settings.
We do not sell your phone number. We use it to verify your account and to send the onboarding and account notices you agreed to.
